Summer Woodstown Beach Family Session
What I love about being a photographer in Waterford is the opportunity it gives me to capture special moments, whether that’s of grand events or for a simple beach family session. I prefer to capture family shots that look natural. For me, candid photography is the best to use when working with a family. This is exactly the route I took for Ciara and her family during our session at Woodstown Beach while they were on a summer weekend break.
It was a relaxed family photography session for everyone. Getting to know the story behind this beach family session location was so heartwarming as well. As Ciara shared with us, she used to visit Waterford with her parents as a child. This is why it was so important to her to show these spots to her own children now. Truly, I love being able to document simple yet meaningful moments as a family photographer Waterford.
Among all the places Ciara frequently visited when she was younger, I suggested the beach was the best option. And the kids loved it! We ended up having a relaxed family photography session. The sound of the waves on the beach merged with the laughter of the children while they played on the sand. Woodstown Beach was the perfect place for everyone to enjoy as I documented all the fun that was being had. It offers stunning views that act as a great backdrop for some of the formal group portraits as well. Capturing family occasions like this is best done in the most candid and authentic way possible, not just to achieve great photos but also because of the opportunities it offers for some family fun as well!
