This wedding was one beautiful occasion! Barbara and Paul’s love is infectious. We first met for their engagement session and I was looking forward to their Cavan wedding since then at the Cavan Crystal Hotel. Covid had other ideas but their day finally came in June last year and it was an absolute joy!

The Couple’s Approach to Choosing their Wedding Photographer

Photography was always a very important aspect of the wedding for us. As
a Bride I put a lot of time and effort into researching various photographers. The minute I
came across Tanya’s Instagram and website I fell in love with her natural, bright style of
photography. I contacted Tanya straight away and we clicked from the beginning. I loved
how warm yet organised and professional Tanya was. I was beyond excited to learn she
was available for our original date (30 th May 2020). When we had to postpone TWICE
Tanya was always so helpful and we thankfully managed to find new dates to suit her. I was
not willing to lose Tanya as our photographer!

Wedding Preparations Inspiration

Barbara and her girls had a lovely relaxed morning getting ready from home. Barbara had included some lovely details to be photographed and it really does make a difference to your wedding images, as it brings the whole colour palette of your day together and adds a beautiful touch and flow to the finished gallery. From the flowers to the shoes and jewellery, everything was so beautiful (just look at that ring!). But to top it all off, Barbara actually designed her own wedding dress! And boy did it wow! Couples Photographs in Cavan

For their couples session, we split our time at a beautiful lakeside location and then mixed it up on a nearby laneway that provided a beautiful natural backdrop for more images. Again showing how you dont need flowing waterfalls and mountains for your couples portraits. A couple is love is what truly makes the images what they are.
