This post follows on from part one of Sarah and Craig’s (view here for part one) fairytale Irish castle wedding. Once we returned from the beautiful streets of Wexford town, then the final preparations for the ceremony got underway at Wilton Castle wedding. The castle’s timeless charm provided a breathtaking backdrop as Sarah and Craig exchanged their vows in front of their closest friends and family. The intimate nature of their day was heartwarming. This was a celebration focused on what truly matter; such as love, gratitude, and the people who mean the most. With Sarah’s brother even acting as their celebrant.
The weather was kind to us, thus allowing for gorgeous outdoor shots in Wilton Castle’s gardens and along the river. The golden light of the afternoon illuminated the couple beautifully, adding that fairytale glow to every photograph.
One of the things I loved most about Sarah and Craig’s wedding was its simplicity and authenticity. It was a day free of unnecessary fuss. It was focused instead on the things that matter most: celebrating their love, sharing laughs with family and friends. And also soaking in the magic of the moment.
From the historic charm of Wilton Castle to the relaxed elegance of the day, this wedding was a dream to photograph. Sarah and Craig’s warm, joyful energy was infectious. It was an absolute honour to be part of their story.
If you’re dreaming of a Fairytale Irish Castle wedding that combines romance, history, and a relaxed vibe, Wilton Castle is the perfect place to make it happen. I’d love to return (hopefully without any Colclough duels!) to capture more magical love stories here.
Here’s to Sarah and Craig, whose fairytale day reminds us all what weddings are truly about. They are about love, laughter, and the people who make life beautiful.
