There is always something special about a marque wedding and this one is no exception. The humble dickie-bow even makes an appearance, courtesy of Tom and his groomsmen. Clare and Tom’s wedding was a very stylish affair. Having photographed Clare’s cousin Caroline’s wedding last year, I was looking forward to another trip back to Cavan and then on to Knockninny House and Marina for the reception. The marina there is a stunning backdrop for a wedding and after the meal Clare, Tom and I snuck out there for some more photographs in the Summer sun!
Clare and Tom were such a relaxed couple and it shows in their images, they laughed and smiled through the whole day. Before the day Clare and I had spoke about taking advantage of the summer colours and said we would try find a field full of yellow flowers for the couples portraits. So on the drive to the reception venue, we found one. Clare duly obliged and hopped over the fence and off we all went. What a bride! It was well worth it!
