How Emma and Rob’s Kildare wedding turned out is definitely one for the books because of how perfectly matched they are as a couple. Just like how much they adore books, their passion for each other is a timeless story of unconditional love. I was honoured to witness their unique bond by being a part of their special day.
Our couple chose a Kildare wedding venue that made their big day even more magical – the Clanard Court hotel. A luxury country chic estate that exudes a simple elegance that they both like. Not to mention how relatively close it is to the Emo Court, a favourite for weddings to take lovely portraits for couples. Emo Court wedding photographs are so popular these days because of how breathtaking they can be in different seasons.
Emma and Rob’s big day started at their place. The couple had a gorgeous library in their study, which served as the perfect backdrop for our stunning bride as she did all her preparation. After the ceremony, we took a spin to Emo Court and used the beautiful grounds for their couples portraits. It looked absolutely majestic with the colourful autumnal feel in the woods. In addition to that, the falling leaves gave an ethereal touch to their photographs that made them even more remarkable.
Besides their Emo Court wedding photographs, I find their reception even more incredible because of how much I was able to get to know them through the speeches of their family and friends. I just love learning extra details about my couples! I found out that they met in school and that even though Emma changed careers a few years ago to follow her dream of becoming a flight attendant, Rob was always there to support her. Plus, he knows how passionate Emma is about what she does. This kind of support that they give to one another only goes to show how deep their love is.
This Kildare wedding certainly brought out the familiar feeling of pre-pandemic weddings, a time where love is celebrated with ease. Nonetheless, seeing our couple really enjoy their day, as it should be after all the uncertainties and changes of wedding dates, was such a lovely sight. If you enjoyed reading their story, here’s another celebration of love here in Kildare.
