The day began in the historic surroundings of St. Canice’s Cathedral, one of Kilkenny’s most iconic wedding ceremony locations. The cathedral provided a truly beautiful backdrop for Niamh and Niall’s vows. With such incredible architecture and peaceful atmosphere it added to the emotion of the ceremony.
As guests gathered to celebrate the couple, there was such a lovely sense of excitement throughout the morning. As a result, ceremony itself was heartfelt and intimate, with family and close friends witnessing the beginning of this next chapter together.
In addition, the natural light inside the cathedral created such a timeless atmosphere for photographs, capturing every emotional moment throughout the service.

Niamh looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress from The Bridal Gallery. Her elegant bridal style perfectly suited the classic atmosphere of the day, while still feeling modern and effortless.
Hair styling was beautifully created by Amanda, Unveiled Stylist, while makeup by Karen Maher completed the look perfectly. Together, they created such a timeless bridal look and Niamh looked radiant.
The floral arrangements by Flowers by Lucy added soft romantic detail to both the ceremony and reception spaces. From the bouquets to the floral styling throughout the venue, every arrangement complemented the elegant feel of the wedding perfectly.
A Reception at Faithlegg House Hotel Waterford
Following the ceremony, guests travelled to Faithlegg House Hotel where the celebrations continued in one of Waterford’s most beautiful wedding venues.
Set amongst stunning grounds and elegant interiors, Faithlegg House created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed and stylish wedding reception. Furthermore, the venue offered plenty of opportunities for beautiful portraits throughout the afternoon, while guests enjoyed drinks and celebrations together.
The relaxed atmosphere allowed everyone to fully enjoy the day, with laughter and conversation continuing throughout the evening celebrations.
