The music world last night had its Grammy Awards and for the wedding industry in Ireland we had the WeddingsOnline Awards 2016, a glamorous black tie gala ceremony at The Grand Hotel in Malahide. It was such an honour to be shortlisted this year amongst 10 of the best wedding photographers in Ireland. Over 35,000 couples voted this year for their favourite suppliers in the wedding industry and those shortlisted were then judged by a panel of digital marketing professionals and wedding industry experts.
It was so amazing to see how many of my couples took the time to vote for me. It reconfirmed how much I love what I do and how many beautiful couples I have met along the way. And the absolute icing on the cake was scooping the award for Photographer of the Year, it was such an amazing night.
I have had such lovely messages of support and congratulations from people today, it has been so special and people have been asking about my portfolio of work for the judges, so I have included below my portfolio images for this years submission.
