I love shooting weddings at the Castlemartyr Resort in Cork. I just adore the air of unpretentious, effortless elegance, the history, the gardens and the surrounding landscape. There’s also the small fact that it’s where Ted and I celebrated our wedding – but I’m not biased, of course…
If I had to put Jennifer and Donncha’s theme into words I’d go for ‘modern romance’ – just take a look at Jennifer’s elegant up-do, that pinky-perfect floral arch over the door of the church and the exquisite bouquets. But what I love most about these images are the smiles – real, genuine smiles that reached the eyes, all day long.
